Jasmine Holiday Cottage is a welcoming place to stay where guests enjoy access to excellent shared leisure facilities on site including use of a heated indoor swimming pool and spa facilities, tennis court and crazy golf. The three-bedroom property features a spacious open-plan living area and two bedrooms, a double and a twin, on the ground floor. The first floor is dedicated to a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the gardens.

This is an attractive holiday rental with spacious rooms, nicely furnished and well equipped for a self-catered family break in Cornwall.

The sitting room is furnished with sofas, a coffee table and television, much as anyone would have at home. Natural daylight streams through the French doors which lead out to a terraced patio to where there is a garden table and chairs under the pergola.

A dining table that seats eight people stands at one end of the room, conveniently placed opposite the smart white wood kitchen. There are plenty of kitchen cupboards for storage and a good length of work surfaces. For cooking there is the popular combination of electric oven and easy to control gas hob. A dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, fridge freezer, microwave and the usual small domestic appliances help make this a ‘home from home’.

The property is centrally heated and all linens are provided. Please bring own towels for the beach and the swimming pool.

The ground floor bedrooms:

The twin bedroom contains two hotel-style divan beds separated by a bedside table. There is storage for clothes in the built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. This bedroom is served by an en-suite shower room. A small television hangs on the wall.

The second ground-floor bedroom contains a contemporary double four poster bed, television, dressing table and chair. The en-suite includes a bath with a shower attachment.

The third bedroom upstairs:

A solid wood spiral staircase with open treads leads up to the Master king-size bedroom. A safety gate at the foot of the stairs would prevent toddlers from climbing. This room has a generous allocation of fitted wardrobe space and French doors leading to a balcony with a table and chairs. The glamorous and glitzy en-suite bathroom has a full-length bath with an overhead shower, a double vanity unit and plenty of wall mirrors.

This holiday home is situated in a rural area, south of the town of Wadebridge in mid-Cornwall. Narrow country lanes lead in all directions. These are delightful places to walk and enjoy the high hedgerows but can be a little tricky to navigate for people who are not used to them.

Lots of interesting places to visit during a holiday in Cornwall can be found in all directions. The pretty village of Port Isaac known for ‘Doc Marten’ fame is on the north cast. Padstow and Rock are popular with sailors and yachtsmen. Polzeath has a superb beach where holidaymakers go to surf and many more sandy beaches are dotted along the North Atlantic coast to Newquay and beyond.

Open gardens are a real treat in Cornwall. The milder climate encourages lush growth and semi-tropical plants that are not seen anywhere else in Britain. Some people like to book a holiday just visiting gardens. The Eden Project is on famous example nearby.
