This fabulous 2 bedroom barn conversion is in a lovely countryside location, next to a small holding close to Port Isaac fishing village. It offers an opportunity for a family/party of three to combine a beach holiday with days out along the Cornish Heritage Coast. A pathway to the Coastal Heritage Path is nearby. Sandy beaches and a chance to surf available in Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock a short drive away. Sign up for a sightseeing boat trip in Port Isacc's Harbour and see the coast from the sea.

In between forays to the surrounding area, rest and enjoy charming views of the bay from the first floor open plan living space. In the kitchen area you will find an electric oven and hob, microwave and a fridge/freezer. Conveniently adjacent is a pretty round table set for three. Take the night off and sample a fish dish at one of the super Port Isaac restaurants.

The two comfy sofas set around the TV are an excellent place, to savour an after-dinner drink, and plan the next day's adventure.

On the ground-floor there are two super welcoming, nautically themed, bedrooms:

• 1 x double bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower,

• 1 x single bedroom (with access to bathroom via master bedroom).

Eat breakfast outside in the fresh air, then take a stroll around the beautiful 20 acre plot.

Play golf at St Enodoc Golf Club, Rock. Explore the enchanting woodlands and waterfalls of Boscastle. Fans of the King Arthur legends will love visiting Tintagel.

Sorry this property is not suitable for children under five years old. 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Remember to bring your own towels. Off-road parking is available for 2 cars.
