Holidaymakers' data:

When you complete an enquiry form on our sites, your data including your name, email address and phone number is then passed on to the relevant cottage owner or agency so that they can advise you re availability and booking.  We may also collect your ip address details for security purposes.
 

Cottage Owner's Data:

For registered owners we collect your personal data including your name, email address and phone number.  We also collect ip addresses for security of payment processing and for ensuring owner account security.  The secure servers of Stripe are employed for payments and transactions when registering or renewing current listings. We do not hold your payment information on file on our servers but where you are registered for auto renewal, your payment information will be stored on Stripe's secure servers.

Newsletters and Special Offers

Country Cottages Online reserves the right to contact users who have signed up for our Special Offer service. There is an unsubscribe option on each email. All data is verified before use and is used solely for this purpose. It is never sold on to any third party.

Cookies and Your Consent

To ensure that you have a good experience with the website we use a minimal amount of cookies. It is essential that we use them for some areas such as the owner log in section, the holidaymaker log in section and for the Shortlist/Add to Favourites section of the site.
