This luxury eco- friendly converted barn house is suited amongst five other identical properties, all including their own hot-tub and beautifully finished living spaces. The barn sleeps two making it ideal for couples. The property is situated on a 220 acre site, with its own individual garden.

The properties modern interior is complimented by original wooden beams, a wood-burner situated within the large open living space and wooden interior. The large bedroom leads onto a modern en-suite walk in shower room. The under-floor heating keeps the property warm, allowing for the high ceilings and spacious feel of the property. Along with two TV's including Freeview, blu-ray and a DVD player,Ipod docks and WiFi are also available.

There are two off road parking spaces, along with the private enclosed landscape. Shared access to a games barn with table football, air hockey and a toddler play-pit, as well as an outdoor play area provide a perfect space for young children to keep entertained.

Located in the small village of Alderbury, the property lies just 1.3 miles from the nearest pub and restaurant. Nestled within the Welsh countryside, a number of walks lead to historical sites such as Powis Castle and Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site. The property is just nine miles from the beautiful town of Shrewsbury, boasting an array of Tudor architecture the Shropshire Regimental Museum and Castle.
