One of a collection of four Grade II listed barn conversions on the owner's wonderful 700 acre farm. Sleeping up to 11 people, this is a perfect holiday cottage for a special family occasion or for two families looking for an idyllic rural location.

Dating back to the 16th century, the barn conversion mixes the old antique-style with modern amenities, producing a characterful atmosphere throughout the property. There are four unique bedrooms including a quaint family room and three double rooms, with all bar the family room containing en-suites. The grand sitting room with staircases at either end contains a warm woodburner and exposed oak beams. The handmade oak kitchen with granite worktops and Belfast sink is a lovely sociable area whilst making a scrumptious meal leading onto the dining room with its brick-lined walls. For the children, or playful adults, there are two hideaway games rooms with a pool table, table tennis table and piano.

Away from this stunning cottage, the plot contains a large barn complete with football table, basketball net and small football goal. A tennis court adjoins this barn and there is also a small children's play park.

The attractive village of Cardington, amongst the rolling Shropshire hills, boasts the Royal Oak, the oldest pub in Shropshire. A dream for walkers and bird-watchers, there is rural pathways to explore for miles upon end. For those wanting to visit more of Shropshire's key attractions, Ironbridge Gorge, Shrewsbury, Severn Valley Steam Railway and Stokesay Castle are all less than 15 miles from the front door.
