The River Danube flows through Romania before flowing into the Black Sea. The wetlands of the Delta (second largest delta in the world) are home to hundreds of species of birds and fish - great destination for bird watchers. There is a maze of lakes and channels in the delta through the sand dunes and reed beds. You can take a cruise on the Danube to view birds and also stop for discovery and cultural tours and scenic walks at various towns along it.
