This delightful pet-friendly end of terrace cottage offers that wonderful special holiday feel and can accommodate up to 4 with its 2 bedrooms. Located just 3 miles from the Yorkshire seaside town of Filey, a stay at this cottage could be a great choice for discovering some of the best that the Yorkshire coastline has to offer. What's more, this property is located within a holiday village so there are wonderful shared leisure facilities to take advantage of including an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. There are also additional outdoor pursuits that can be enjoyed at extra charge which include tennis, bike hire and archery. Such activities can be arranged on site and are payable on site. There are also fantastic shared lawned grounds with two lakes. Within the cottage itself, the accommodation is bright and airy. There is an open plan living space with seating, dining area and kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a downstairs WC and a bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and hob and washer/dryer. From the lounge area, french doors open out to the patio and outdoor seating area, just wonderful for relaxing whilst on holiday. In total there are 3 TVs with Freeview at this property. Both bedrooms benefit from TV and DVD players. There is also a Nintendo Wii complete with games for fun times whilst on a self-catering holiday. One well behaved dog is welcome by arrangement. Parking is available for 1 car in shared parking bays. There is a shop and pub within a 5 minute walk of this property and a beach just 15 minutes walk away. This cottage could be an excellent choice from which to discover the attractions of the North Yorkshire coastline. Discover Scarborough, and Whitby further north. Inland the North York Moors National Park is a great place to visit with excellent walks and countryside in abundance.
