A visually stunning large country house perfect for a special family occasion or large groups. Sleeping up to 24 guests, the gorgeous accommodation sits within 6-acres of manicured grounds in the sleepy hamlet of Vowchurch.

The property contains a main house and further annexe, accessed through an external entrance. 11 stylish bedrooms, a mixture of double and twin rooms, are all comfortable and clean. 7 of them have en-suite bathrooms. The large dining table can seat all guests and the elegant farmhouse kitchen/diner adds a characterful touch. Guests can also make use of the beautiful sun room, where one can make the most of a bright, summers day.

The lawns provide a children's paradise; the 1.5 acre private gardens have a trampoline and swing. There is also plenty of seating and a BBQ area overlooking the Black Mountains. On the other side of the courtyard, there is a private indoor heated swimming pool, spa, Jacuzzi, sauna and a gym. Furthermore, there is a games room with a pool table.

As the property is in a idyllic rural area, there are many walking trails and cycle routes to use and enjoy. The small village of Peterchurch has some lovely pubs for an evening meal and the town of Hay-on-Wye, famous for its 30-plus book shops, is just 10 miles drive.
