A pretty grade II listed barn conversion, adorned with gorgeous flowers within the owner's apple orchard in the quaint village of Westhope. Suitable for a romantic couple looking for an idyllic holiday setting, the cottage merges its original features with a wonderful open-plan layout.

Running up the beautifully crafted steps, the front door opens onto a spacious living room with exposed oak beams creating a characterful atmosphere. French-styled shutters can be closed onto the windows at night, and with the warm woodburner create a cosy-feel. A small dining room and corner kitchen make up the rest of the room. At the back of the property is a super-king sized double bed and walk-in en-suite bathroom.

The front-decked area and garden furniture is a lovely place to enjoy an alfresco evening meal or to sip a morning cup of coffee and take in the gorgeous orchard. The owner has a small gym, which guests are free to use and off-road parking for 2 cars is available.

In a central location of the border countryside, the small village of Westhope is close to the famous Offa's Dyke pathway. One can head to Weobley, with its timber-framed houses, selection of shops and country pubs and famous Jules restaurant. Leominster, and its Priory Church is only 8 miles away, as is the ‘town of books', Hay-on-Wye.
