Stonebank Annexe is attached to our Grade II listed home, which dates from the early 17th century. Situated in a quiet location near the centre of the village of Chickerell, it is set back from the road in pleasant gardens. It has two bedrooms, one twin and one double, a comfortable lounge/dining room with an electric fire, Freesat colour T.V./DVD, radio, cd player with 1Pod dock, WiFi available and a choice of books and games. The well equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine and microwave. There is a patio with garden furniture and enclosed garden with parking next to the property. All gas central heating, power, linen & towels included. Stonebank is three miles west of Weymouth, Dorset, close to the world heritage Jurassic coast, 8 miles from the county town of Dorchester and near West Bay, the home of the TV program Broadchurch. This is a no smoking property. One small pet welcome. Open all year with short breaks available through the winter months.
