About this small estate for up to 8 guests in Dorset

An ideal country retreat, this holiday lodge enjoys a fantastic rural setting high within the Dorset Downs and offers characterful accommodation along with fishing on the River Frome nearby.

The rural Lodge sits high on the Dorset downs, set in a small coppice containing wild fruits and flowers, commanding spectacular views south towards the coast. One mile from the nearest main road makes it remote and rural but it is only two hours from London.

It sleeps from up to 8 in 4 luxurious bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Around the property there is plenty of space with a unique open plan living area, with elm flooring, 42 candle chandelier and seating facing the inglenook fireplace. At one side is the two storey tower with sunken seating at its base and amazing views from the upstairs area.

There is a large modern kitchen with all the facilities - two fridges, range cooker, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etc.

The Snooker Room has a large open fire and boasts an antique 3/4 sized table.
