Impressive, spacious holiday rental with underfloor heating, for two, on a working farm in beautiful open countryside. Ideal for visits to the Peak District National Park for climbing, caving, water-sports, and hiking, and to Sherwood Forest of Robin Hood fame, for joyful walks, biking and horse-riding.

Back in the smart kitchen, conjure up an evening meal to remember, with local produce, with the help of the electric oven, induction hob and microwave. There is also a fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Eat in the lamp lit courtyard garden or in the plush separate dining room.

End the evening in the stylish living area, curled up together on the comfy corner sofa watching a film.

Before eyes totally close, step into the attractively decorated, shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Then head for the well-appointed bedroom with Smart TV and comfy king-size bed.

There are so many choices when it comes to great days out within an hour’s drive including Carsington Water reservoir, Riber Castle and a fascinating 18th century water-powered cotton mill at Cromford Mills. In Derby visit the Gothic cathedral and Museum of Making UNESCO World Heritage Site. Those who don't frighten easily could try a evening ghost walk.
