What Does Rutland Offer for Cottage Holidays?

Rutland is a small county in the East Midlands in England.  Rutland is so small in fact that it is England’s smallest county.  What Rutland lacks in size though it makes up for in quality of environment, Rutland is a largely rural county with beautiful country landscapes to discover.

If you want to pop in to town you may want to visit one of Rutland’s attractive market towns such as Stamford, Oakham or Uppingham.  Rutland is also well located for visiting the famous town of Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire which usually takes around 30 minutes to drive to from Stamford.
