Groom Cottage is a charming and characterful old cottage located near the village of Poughill, less than two miles from the coastal town of Bude in North Cornwall. The cottage boasts a unique and quirky design with a variety of outdoor seating areas. Upon arriving at the cottage, visitors can park next to the apple tree and pass through an attractive archway and gate leading to the enclosed patio, which is just one of three outdoor seating areas available.Entering the cottage through a side door, guests are welcomed into an open plan living room adorned with character beams and a cosy sitting area, creating a perfect space for relaxation and socializing. Two steps lead up to the kitchen and dining area, while two steps lead down to a conservatory that opens onto a walled courtyard furnished with garden furniture. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor with a door opening onto a balcony offering scenic views and steps leading down to a private enclosed garden area surrounded by a hedge.Upstairs, guests will find the second bedroom of the house, which features far-reaching views and an en-suite WC, along with the family bathroom.
