Impressive 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Beach House with Sea Views overlooking Praa Sands, Cornwall

Stunning, high specification 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home with beautiful garden, ideal for a group of 8 people who recognise and appreciate quality, and want to be within close reach of many amenities including a family friendly sandy beach.

The property itself is beautifully furnished with massive glassing that results in a superb light filled space. Bi-fold doors lead from the spacious living room to the large decked area with amazing views.

Create master chef standard meals in the high end kitchen, designed by George Robinson bespoke fine furniture, equipped with quality appliances; a two oven electric AGA, a designer Fisher & Paykel American-style fridge/freezer, complete with ice and water dispenser, a built-in BOSCH dishwasher, Samsung microwave oven and a Siemens washer/dryer. A beautiful chandelier overhangs a large quartz island/breakfast bar. Eat at the large dining table. Alternatively have a BBQ on the large decking.

There are four individually styled bedrooms.

First floor:

• A bedroom with a king-size bed and Smart TV and Juliet balcony,

• A double bedroom,

Ground-floor:

• A double bedroom with en-suite shower room,

• A double bedroom.

The bathroom has a stylish roll-top bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. There is also a ground floor cloakroom.

Walk the scenic coastal path or try horse swimming on Marazion beach. Visit St Michael’s Mount on foot, at low-tide, and get the ferry back. St Ives and The Minnack Theatre make good trips.

Sorry, no pets or smoking. Off-road parking available for 3-4 cars. Good Housekeeping bond of £450.
