Spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom pet-friendly coastal holiday home close to Abersoch

A lovely property for a party of 8, keen to combine a countryside and seaside adventure. Water babies will be happily catered for in nearby Abersoch, the home of wakeboarding. There's paddle-boarding, surfing, sailing, and more on offer. For those who like to keep their feet dry, there's the Wales Coast Path and a chance to take photos that will be the envy of the folks back home. Golfers you are not forgotten either, Abersoch's 18 hole golf course is scenically situated along the coast.

The property itself, has three off-road parking spaces, so is perfect if you are a group of friends travelling separately. The accommodation is laid out so that you can enjoy the views from the spacious living/dining room on the first floor. A fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, is next door, so meals can be served up hot at the dining room circular table, set for eight. A selection of books and games are provided in the living room.

Also on this level, for games enthusiasts who don't leave home without their games console, there is a TV set in the sunroom so that you can keep up your scores on your favourite games. Adjoining the sunroom is a balcony ideal for a late night drink or alfresco dining on warm nights.

There is also a shower room on this floor.

Downstairs accommodation includes four comfy bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

There is an external utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and space to store beach equipment.

Sunbathe or eat lunch in the large garden at the back, but as it is unfenced, keep an eye on children and pets.
