This impressive semi-detached Welsh house with its mature gardens and elevated position definately has that all important wow factor. With 7 generously sized bedrooms, this pet-friendly property can accommodate up to 14 people so could be a great choice for a group break or large family getaway. This stylish house overlooks the Menai Straits and has a sitting room with gas fire, drawing room with gas fire, dining room with open fire, summer room, study, kitchen, and seven bedrooms, three of which benefit from en-suite facilities. This property has plenty of rooms to enjoy spending time together as a group including a music room with piano, reading area and a home gym in the basement. The kitchen benefits from underfloor heating and with a gas range oven with 6 ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, washing machine and dishwasher has all those all important essential modern conveniences. When it comes to home entertainment there are 4 TVs, 2 with Sky Sports, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi internet access, books, games & DVDs. For young children a cot, highchair & fireguard is available. Two well behaved pets are welcome by arrangement. Outside the house there are gardens which lead down to the water. Private parking is available for up to 8 cars opposite the property. Please note that the top floor bedroom has sloping ceilings & that the bed is accessed from the foot. There is also a low door to the basement. Please also note that the garden leads to water and that children therefore must be supervised at all times. This property is located off the roundabout to Menai Bridge, so care must be taken when accessing the house. This property is non smoking.
