This pet-friendly cottage is something special with direct access to the beach and beautiful views of the Solway Firth. Secluded and detached, this cottage is attractively decorated and furnished. Furthermore this property benefits from a location along the 'Scottish Riviera' in Southerness where you can be guaranteed a memorable stay. It offers accommodation, all on one level, and is suitable for families and friends of all ages. There is room in two bedrooms to sleep five, a shower room with WC, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Of the two bedrooms, one is a double and the other bedroom has a triple bunk bed (with a double below and a single on top). The location is conducive to alfresco meals in the beautiful garden followed by leisurely walks with your four legged friend along the 2 miles of sandy beach. This cottage is perfect for chilling out with plenty of lovely places nearby to explore at leisure or visit including the oldest Scottish lighthouse built in 1748. In the evenings take a stroll to one of the two local country pubs available nearby to meet the locals and partake of a wee dram. Good news for golfing enthusiasts, this being Scotland there is naturally a golf course next to the village.
