Partridge Green is a small village roughly 10 miles inland from Worthing, West Sussex and makes an ideal holiday location for exploring the central South Downs. Well Signposted footpaths follow ancient trackways across the chalk downs, along which lie mounds and earthworks that mark the sites of prehistoric forts and flint mines. Just to the south the River Adur cuts a gap through the downs into a land of green pastures, cornfields, woods and leafy lanes. Ideal for family walks and cycle rides.
