It is not surprising that it is a four-star gold award-winning holiday home.

There is underfloor heating which feels pleasant to walk on and plenty of light from large windows to the front and a side window with lovely views. The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances for a self-catered holiday including a dishwasher. For cooking, there is an electric oven, gas hob and a microwave which is always useful for reheating frozen meals that make holiday living relaxing. Guests are welcome to store their frozen goods in a freezer located in an out-building on the other side of the patio. One dining table seats four people, plus there is another table with two chairs which guests sometimes use for jigsaws or a place for a laptop. A utility room in the holiday barn houses the washing machine; handy for holidaymakers who like to keep up with the laundry and take clean clothes home at the end of their holiday in Malvern.
A shower room with a power shower and a separate room with a washbasin and WC are also situated on the groundfloor. Stairs from the living area lead up to the first floor.
First floor
The second sitting room on the first floor looks west towards the lovely countryside of the Malvern Hills. This room is furnished with a sofa and comfortable chairs, a television and a coffee table. It is a calm place to relax and enjoy the views. Its vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of spaciousness. French doors open out onto a small balcony. Another door leads to the double bedroom where guests will find a bed, a dressing table and wardrobe for their clothes. The smart en-suite bathroom has a full-sized bath and is attractively fitted with white ceramic tiles and pine cupboard and shelving. Stairs lead from the first floor up to the gallery area.
Second floor
The galleried area contains a futon sofa bed and a desk. This can be a second sleeping area if needed. There is Wi-Fi throughout the property so that this could be a great place for quiet reading or downloading photographs taken whilst exploring Malvern and the surrounding countryside.
Outside the holiday barn
A sheltered patio area with a bench could be a pleasant place to sit and enjoy some fresh air. There is a garden table and chairs stored in an out-building across the patio that are available for guest use. Ample parking for two vehicles.
A warm welcome awaits.
Guests are welcomed with fresh flowers. A carton of milk is left in the fridge so that holidaymakers can make themselves tea or coffee on arrival. An initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and useful kitchen items such as cling film is provided.
