4 bedroom 3 bathroom pet-friendly barn conversion in the Peak District National Park with stunning country views

This spacious holiday home has both character and amazing views, and sleeps up to 8 people. Near many attractions of the Peak District and Derbyshire Dales such as Chatworth House and the thermal spa town of Buxton, that hosts many lively festivals throughout the year, e.g. Well Dressing Festival Annual International Gilbert and Sullivan Festival.

This one level property adjoins the owners' home, but is entirely separate.

Entry is via a hallway with adjoining utility room with washer/dryer and a place for outerwear.

The roomy open plan space is airy and attractive, with metal ceiling beams, a throwback to its origins. There is an attractive woodburning stove for chillier times. Rest happily on the plush sofas and admire the stunning views through the large picture windows. The attractive, spotless kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Serve tasty dishes direct to the elegant dining table nearby.

Each of the four lovely bedrooms is individually styled and furnished tastefully, as is the rest of the house.

The bedrooms comprise:

• 2 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room,

• 2 twin bedrooms (zip/linked and can be super king-size on request)

A family bathroom completes the accommodaiton.

On warm evenings, treat yourselves to a BBQ on the fenced patio. There is access to field where you can exercise your dogs.

Outside there is an enclosed patio with table and bench seats and barbecue, along with a gate leading to steps and an enclosed field that's ideal for exercising dogs, outdoor play or relaxation.

Sample real ale and admire the Victorian architecture of Leek market town.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Off-road parking available for 6 cars. Mobile signal can be very limited.
