A striking and impressive property to look at, the Linhay is a comfortable and modern luxury cottage that’s ideal for larger families and groups of friends. Its four bedrooms offer spacious accommodation for a total of nine people and welcomes a maximum of two well-behaved dogs. One of the property’s most appealing features is its games room that comes complete with table football and a pool table - there’s even a hot tub as well. The Linhay is situated in the tranquil village of Washford and makes for a great holiday retreat for anyone visiting Somerset.

Inside Linhay you’ll find a kingsize bedroom, a double, a twin and a family room with double and twin beds. Each of these four bedrooms comes with an en-suite bathroom that has a WC and either a bathtub or a shower bath. For added convenience, there’s even an additional WC on the ground floor, as well as a utility room. The kitchen is well-equipped and there’s enough seating for eight people in the dining room. In the living room there’s a wood burning stove and outside the patio doors you’ll find a private garden area complete with BBQ facilities and garden furniture. The property has a total of three off-road parking spaces. Its decor is tasteful and pleasant throughout and there’s even flagstone flooring.

There are lots of nature-based attractions close by. When you stay at the Linhay, you can easily access both the Quantock Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Exmoor National Park; a bit closer to hime is the picturesque coast, which is just two miles away. The ancient harbour town of Watchet is well worth exploring, with its fossil beach, museums and local railway among its main attractions.
