High-Quality Two-Bedroom Cottage in Northumbria, located just outside the beautiful Northumberland National Park and only a 30-minute drive from the coast. This excellent holiday home accommodates up to four people, making it perfect for exploring the best of Northumbria. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted. Elegantly furnished, Sandpiper Cottage is a luxurious Northumberland retreat, and is part of Burnfoot Holiday Cottages where there is an onsite tennis court for guests’ use.

Ground floor:

• Open-plan living area with two comfortable leather sofas, a TV, a well-equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and washing machine, plus a dining area with a solid oak dining table. This room features large windows and a door that leads to the courtyard area.

• A spacious storage cupboard under the stairs houses a folding chair and table for the terrace, a high chair, stair gates, and tennis rackets and balls for the tennis court.

First floor:

• Romantic double bedroom with a Velux window.

• Twin bedroom with a south-facing floor-level window (fitted with child safety locks).

• Family bathroom with a bath (shower over), basin, and WC.

Outside, there is a patio area where you can set up the garden furniture and bask in the sunshine.
