Well-appointed holiday lodge for a couple seeking a romantic break, or equally a couple of friends wanting an activity filled holiday. Will it be an unhurried stroll along the breach or an exploration of the 24 acre Valley Gardens? In the latter, the young and the young at heart can ride the miniature railway, while everyone else can do a spot of forest bathing.

After a thrilling surfing lesson, return ravenous. In the very smart kitchen, equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge, quickly heat up one of your favourite ready meals, from the freezer. Meanwhile as your food cooks, freshen up in the walk-in shower. Dry your hair with the hair-dryer, thoughtfully provided before eating. Then it is time to relax on the comfy sofa with a glass of your favourite tipple.

Dream sweet dreams in the super comfy double bedroom that has built in cupboard space and TV.

In the morning discuss your plans over coffee on the veranda.

Whitby, 19 miles away is a great away-day. Visit the ruins of Gothic, Whitby Abbey, of Dracula fame, followed by a Dr Crank walk to learn more about the blood thirsty doctors wanderings. You will love the Whitby gin distillery after which you will be due a rest on sandy West Cliff beach. Staithes is much closer and the perfect place for fossil hunting and exploring cliff top paths.

One well-behaved dog is welcome. No smoking permitted and off-road parking is available for 1 car. Due to peacocks/wildlife, dogs must be kept on leads and children supervised at all times.
