Oak Cottage at Elms Farm in the beautiful Lincolnshire Fens is a two bedroom cottage in converted stables. Oak is a dog friendly country cottage with a large open lounge/kitchen/diner and a wood burner. Oak has one kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower room and one twin bedroom with a shower room next to it. Oak has a modern fitted kitchen which includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. Patio doors in the lounge lead to an outside seating and dining area with a private undercover hot tub overlooking the grass paddocks. (Optional hire of hot tub/extra charge) This beautiful and spacious holiday cottage has leather sofas, a wall mounted TV and lovely soft furnishings. Oak is a step free cottage with a large car park and EV car charging point.

Over 18 acres of grass paddocks and walks with two lakes from your door plus a dog friendly village pub within walking distance. A large box of Logs and WiFi included. Cot or fold up bed can be added for an extra child.

Oak is the perfect place for a weekend away with friends or a romatic break for two.

Birdwatching at RSPB Frampton Marsh is 8 miles away or take a short drive to Skegness or Sandringham and Norfolk beaches.
