Fans of Ramsgate in Kent will love this seafront holiday home that is part of a Georgian terrace, complete with ironwork balconies and bay windows. The building may ooze history, but step inside and the accommodation is smart and contemporary. The house has four bedrooms and is able to sleep up to eight people. Set over three floors, the layout is as follows:

Groundfloor

There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the groundfloor; a king-size room which interconnects with the twin room. The single beds in the twin room can be linked to form a double if preferred. The bathroom on the floor has a bath and standalone shower.

First Floor

The sitting room with a dining table and six chairs in one corner, kitchen that has a kitchen table with four chairs, an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and the usual domestic appliances. The second bathroom which also contains a bath and shower is on this floor.

Second floor

Two versatile twin bedrooms with zip-link beds that can easily be converted to king-size if requested at the time of booking.

This holiday home offers WiFi, three televisions and is centrally heated. It is a practical coastal holiday home in a good location in Ramsgate that is very close to the beach, cafes and entertainment. Families would appreciate this property for many reasons, especially with a good sandy beach nearby. Guests may also bring one or two family pets if they wish. A stairgate may be borrowed which could be useful.

Parking is on the street or in the local car parks. However, anyone planning to spend most of their time at the beach may not need to use their car too often, especially since the town centre and shops are just a few minutes walk away.

A walk around town will reveal cottages and buildings that incorporate bulbous Kent cobbles in their walls. The harbour is popular with tourists and a good place to obtain fish and chips as a treat during your Ramsgate seaside holiday. The best weather in Ramsgate for a beach holiday is likely to be found from May until September although the area offers a good break at any time of year.
