Treat yourself to a holiday in a luxurious coastal self-catering house in an elevated position overlooking the sea in Hastings on the English south coast. This is a large spacious property with a definite wow factor. A group of up to eleven people can be accommodation in five bedrooms. There are also four bathrooms to serve a group of this size.

The photographs for this property speak for themselves. This a self-catered holiday home to revel in. Soak and bubble in the eight-person hot tub on the decking, sunbathe and chat with friends over drinks as you enjoy the sea views.

Light and airy throughout, each room is stylishly attractive. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and a spacious hallway welcome guests in a style to which they will soon become accustomed. This is a seaside holiday home to enjoy.

Catering for a group of 11 guests is a breeze in the sleek and shiny kitchen. As one world expect, the kitchen is equipped with a wine cooler as well as the essential dishwasher, freezer and double oven.

A dining table that seats twelve is in the dining room next door to the kitchen. A woodburner warms this area and brightly coloured paintings adorn the walls.

Relax in the sitting room that has a huge 55in LED television, a bar and several potted plants that make it look homely. This a super room to watch a film or enjoy a good conversation. There are enough sofas to seat eight people. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC to avoid numerous trips upstairs.

Access to the two upper floors is via classical Edwardian white and wood staircase.

First Floor:

Two king-size bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a shower and the other a bath. The third room contains bunk beds.

Second floor:

One spacious bedroom with a super-king bed and an en-suite shower room.

A bedroom that has versatile bedding in the form of three single beds which can be zip-linked to comprise a super-king and a single. This also has its own en-suite.

All bedlinen is of a superior Egyptian cotton quality that is pleasantly cool on the skin. Towels are provided. Guests will find storage space in each bedroom in chests of drawers, wardrobes or both.

This delightful holiday home on the East Sussex coast has WiFi.

The south coast of England is hugely popular for seaside holidays. The long stretches of sandy beach at St Leonards and Bulverhythe are good for all kinds of activities and there is often some kind of event on the beach, perhaps yoga or jogging. The sea front offers numerous eateries, pubs and facilities. Most holiday groups will end up at the beach at some point, to stroll and enjoy the sea breezes. It is easy to find plenty of entertainment such as cinemas, casinos and art galleries, museums and similar cultural places to visit.
