Rafters Cottage is in a fabulous location, surrounded by a conservation valley, and set in the heart of the South Hams, an area of outstanding natural beauty which stretches from Dartmoor to the stunning coastline of South Devon.
With 2 bedrooms, Rafters comfortably sleeps 2 people and with a pet-friendly policy welcomes 2 well behaved dogs are welcome.
Inside, this cottage is welcoming and cosy. The lounge has comfy sofas, a warming woodburner and TV, the kitchen/diner is well equipped, light and airy, and there are two bedrooms; one romantic bedroom with a king-size bed and wooden beams, and a further twin bedroom. The bathroom on the ground floor completes the accommodation.
There is a lovely fully enclosed level garden with pretty flowers and a stone wall, which is safe and secure for pets. Outdoor garden furniture is supplied so you can make the most of alfresco living in summer time.
The cottage is surrounded by 20 acres of open space, woodlands and meadows, making a safe walk around Dittiscombe's private valley from the cottage door. Dogs are welcome here and also on the beaches and in the local cafes and pubs in nearby villages and towns. There is plenty to do during your time here with great walking, unspoilt beaches to explore, and a range of sports.
