A wonderful detached holiday cottage adjacent to the owner's farmhouse, this property exudes beauty with its hanging baskets and stone patchwork. This cottage is a perfect holiday home for sharing families or a group of friends looking for a tranquil countryside location in the heart of the Peak District.

Boasting four delightful bedrooms, two doubles and two twins, the cottage sleeps up to 8 people. The modern open-plan lounge has a cosy atmosphere, with warming woodburner flanked by comfortable seating and eco-friendly underfloor heating. A small dining room table with a wooden bench running along one side and a sophisticated kitchen complete the room. Two varying bathrooms are provided, one with a more grandeur roll-top bath and the other a modern wet room.

Outside there is a beautiful courtyard area surrounded by the properties, as well as a private patio and garden furniture.

The property resides just outside the once prosperous lead-mining town of Youlgreave, bordered by two limestone valleys, Lathkill Dale and Bradford Dale. Visitors can make use of the walking routes from the village of Alport, less than 2 miles from the cottage. The pretty town of Bakewell, well-known for its famous pudding, is roughly 10 minutes drive away.
