This gorgeous stone-built barn conversion is one of three self-catering holiday homes on a working farm, situated in the beautiful Lake District National Park. Providing prime holiday accommodation for up to 4 and 1 dog, the cottage is set in countryside close to the coastal village of Ravenglass and within easy reach of many of the Lake District’s top attractions. To make the most of the outstanding scenic views, the open plan living space is located on the first floor. This comprises a comfortably furnished sitting area with a wood burning stove, and a fitted kitchen with dining table. On the ground floor are two double bedrooms both with en-suite shower, WC and basin. The mature gardens, with seating, are a great place to relax and are shared with guests at the other cottages. A village shop, pub and beach are just a pleasant mile’s walk away. Ravenglass also has a harbour. This is a great area for walkers and cyclists. Enjoy walks in nearby Eskdale, Wasdale or Dunnerdale or enjoy a cycle ride along country lanes. For a fun day out with the kids, a narrow gauge railway operates from Ravenglass to Eskdale and represents an easy way to take in the sights.
