FOUR STAR, SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION FOR FOUR-FIVE GUESTS:
The Barn is a beautifully restored Period Barn conversion which retains its original charm but enjoys the benefit of all modern conveniences. The accommodation is detached, self-contained and situated in its own large garden with a spacious patio and garden furniture. There is private access and parking for three cars. The accommodation comprises a large open plan living area, a twin bedroom and a double (kingsize) bedroom, office space,fully fitted kitchen, luxury shower room and W.C. The property is furnished to a high standard with good quality fixtures and fittings. Underfloor central heating ensures comfortable temperatures during the colder months. A cot, high chair and baby gate are available for younger children and a temporary foldaway bed can be supplied for a fifth guest. Dogs can be accepted by prior arrangement and subject to certain conditions.
INGLENOOK Cottage is also offered for rent. Four Star Accommodation for Four Guests. Situated across the lane from the farm, this cosy period cottage consists of a living room, dining area, fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences and a sunny conservatory. It has a shower/bathroom with WC, a double bedroom (kingsize bed) and a twin bedroom. There is a pretty cottage garden with garden furniture supplied.
Whilst being situated in the heart of the Chilterns countryside, the Barn is also within easy access of London and Oxford, as well as many other historic towns: Windsor, St.Albans and Hatfield. All are within less than one hour journey time.

People visit to go walking in ancient beech woods, especially at the end of April when a carpet of bluebells appears under the trees. .
