A lovely 5 star self-catering holiday cottage on the wonderful Colmer Estate in Devon, with free use of Colmer's superb leisure facilities. These include an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool heated from May until September, tennis court, lake, fitness suite, and boules. Victorian walled garden with childrens area and log cabin which doubles as a games and meeting cabin for our younger guest's to meet up amd make new firends.

The self-catering accommodation is in an elegant apartment in a large Georgian house with a lawned garden. The Lawns is set at the front of the Manor House south facing no one above or below you itthe patio is also for your use it is gated with table and chairs bbq and sun beds the patio leads off from the lounge all on one level. The Lawns has a double and twin bedroom to sleep up to 4 people.

The price range for the luxury apartment is 350 to 950 per week.

Entranced via a ground floor lobby with plenty of storage space and an attractive Victorian washstand, a flight of stairs leads to the open plan apartment above. At one end french windows open onto the glass fronted balcony and the comfy sofa has been positioned to make the most of this view. Space has been set aside for a dining table andmchairs and the contemporary galley kitchen is very well equipped. A fine antique iron bedstead dressed with crisp white linen and a pretty quilt dominate the sleeping area where quicky touches have been included with the boat steps doubling for storage, a vintage leather suitcase holding hangers and, screened for privacy and for the sheer fun of it, a slipper bath to luxuriate in. Ensuite rain shower, toilet and basin.

Located in the Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where the sense of peace and tranquility is a far cry from the pace of modern living, the Apple Loft is easily reached by one of the main routes into the West Country and is perfect for short breaks or longer holidays all year round.
