This charming 2 bedroom holiday cottage is situated five miles from Newport in Pembrokeshire. This traditional ground floor barn conversion is full of character with it’s exposed beams and country charm.

Sleeping 4 in two en-suite bedrooms, this is the perfect base for your Welsh family holiday, for larger groups Foxglove cottage can be rented alongside it’s neighbouring cottage for bigger families or a getaway with friends.

Set in the peaceful countryside, this semi-detached holiday cottage offers great panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and is great for bird-watching or just enjoying the nature that surrounds you.

This Newport holiday cottage is the ideal location for some rural and scenic walks; there is even a wonderful shared ‘planning and map room’ to help plan your walks in addition to a private drying room for outdoor clothing and walking boots, the perfect amenities for any seasoned or novice walkers. In addition to this, the owner will be on hand to offer a great package of instructional modules to improve your safety and competence while out walking.

If you tire of walking or just fancy a day off, a short drive will see you on sandy beaches for a relaxing day to soak in the sun; if the British weather isn’t quite beach ready, there is the historic Castell Henllys Iron Age Fort to explore or visit the nearby Shire Horse farm to see these fantastic animals at work. Explore the area for yourself and uncover the historic castles and the magical Preseli Hills which can be reached on foot from the cottages. If you manage to get all this done you can follow the coastal paths or enjoy a boat trip for the day, whatever you fancy, this beautiful holiday cottage in Newport has plenty to offer everyone!
