It is self catering holiday cottage situated in heart of rolling countryside offering beautiful views over the rural farmland of Herefordshire.  Little Canwood House, has been sympathetically restored to create a traditional yet modern feel, offering 5 Star Tourist Board rated, self catering, accommodation suitable for families and groups- sleeps 8. 

Little Canwood House is in a  remote area but still situated less than 15 minutes from Hereford City centre and approximately 20 minutes from the M50 motorway means that the accommodation is easily accessible. 

The cottage is located on the South West Coastal Path, some 300m from Hele Beach, and offers excellent walks over Hillsborough (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) to Ilfracombe and beyond, or to Combe Martin.  Ideal for serious ramblers or families wanting a quiet stroll.

The mill is very pretty and quietly situated in its own grounds with water wheel, mill leat and stream which runs past the cottage.  There is a small outside patio area overlooking the stream as well as the teagardens Which can be used at any time.

 

 

 

River Bank Cottage has 2 downstairs living spaces. A kitchen/diner. Which is well equiped with everything you could need to make eating at home pleasurable. smeg fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, ceramic  hob, cooker, washer/dryer.

The living room has every comfort you could need Relax on the leather sofas infront of the living flame gas fire while you enjoy smart tv with free view.

The upstairs gives  way to a master bedroom with king sized bed,32" smart tv , hairdryer and plenty of storage

Guest bedroom with twin beds and 32" smart tv with views down towards the river.

The bathroom is well appointed with a  separate shower cubicle, roll top bath, sink & wc, with complementary bathroom products.

Parlour Barn is a welcoming and comfortable holiday cottage, complete with plenty to enjoy from the shared courtyard to the quaint porch out front. You’re right in the centre of stunning natural surroundings staying here; Court Farm is complete with plenty of fields and acres of grassy land to explore, or if you want to watch the waves then you can head down to the beach and feel the sand beneath your toes. 

What’s more, there are excellent leisure facilities to enjoy at Court Farm, including a swimming pool, a tennis court and a games room with a soft play area for young children and a pool table for older children.

One well behaved dog is welcome ( a small additional charge of £20 applies), so don’t forget to bring them along! Parlour barn has access to some gorgeous walks and trails, so it’ll be a perfect place for some countryside strolls!

The farmhouse has extensive facilities to make your stay special. There are two large lounges complete with large flatscreen TV's, Sky & DVD players. One has comfy leather sofas, a wide screen TV, stripped floors and overlooks the garden.  The second is ideal for entertaining; its French doors lead out onto the patio and barbeque area which has stunning views down the valley to the Atlantic Ocean. Additionally, there is the snug, which can either be a private sitting room for the double bedroom above with private staircase located in the Annex or serve as an additional lounge.

We also specialise in hosting stag and hen groups especially out of season, we can cater for groups of upto 12 at Court Farm Farmhouse or up to 17 at Northcott.  It really is the perfect venue for a hen or stag weekend as it is set away from other residential properties and simply an excellent location to chill out and the stunning Northcott beach being only half a mile away.

The large gardens have TWO HOT-TUBS a children's play area complete with swings, a climbing frame outdoor toys and ample room for softball games. During bad weather and the winter months children and those young at heart can entertain themselves in the converted heated cellar. It contains a pool table and an array of toddler toys.  There is Wifi available at the house.
